      As the Director for Bosque Canyon Ranch, I orchestrated development for the GP as Director of 3,744-acre private partnership conservation and recreation ranch near Lake Whitney, TX. Worked with attorney/partners in the formation of two conservation easements of 1,872 acres with CC&Rs, architectural guidelines, and HOA implementation upon project completion. Created “in the field” collaborative plats for all deeded sites with a third-party surveyor following the master plan vision of the ranch. Liaised with the North American Land Trust (NALT), US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) on monitoring and conducting annual reporting and adjustments according to the requirements of the conservation easements placed on the property. ► Planned and located 240 acres of land sites within 3,700 acres to achieve target pricing holding full accountability to the general partners ► Partnered to identify, create, and sell two simultaneous closings of 24 partnerships in the intended project totaling $18.4M► Managed budget and construction for 18,000 sqft. of facilities to completion totaling $13.1M ► Served on the Board of Directors of Bosque Canyon Ranch, January 2005–February 2013 ► Ensured compliance of the conservation easement with NALT and Low-Effect Permit with USFWS Show less
