  The Rapid Response team at Ingeus is responsible for supporting those that have gained/secured employment through the Governments Work Programme but have unfortunately fallen back out of work and require further assistance to secure sustainable employment.The aim of the Rapid Response team is to act fast and ensure clients do not regain a routine or lifestyle on benefits and are actively encouraged to maintain a "working week" pattern of behaviour. This is achieved by creating an intensive schedule designed to ensure clients maintain focus on getting back in to employment quickly and not on the fact they are now back in the benefits system.The Response team is more commercially focused owing to timescales involved with payment outcomes from the DWP, this ensures priority clients who are nearing payment outcomes are given particular focus in order to maximise revenues for the company.All clients are, of course, offered all of the services Ingeus has at their disposal to ensure any support needs are met.   Recently graduated with a first class honours degree in Neuroscience.Dissertation title: 'In-silico identification of a solution to reduce spasticity and improve elbow function post-stroke'.Modules taken in: Data Analytics, Genetics, Neurobiology, Motor Control and Neurorehabilitation, Molecular Neuroscience, Neuropharmacology and Integrative Biomedical Sciences (including experience using animal models).My main focus is the development of in-silico models of neuromuscular control to establish the underlying mechanistic basis for functional recovery following CNS injury. Moreover, I am interested in the potential applications of advanced in-silico models of motor control such as neural controlled prosthetics, neural implants and use of AI to control wearable assistive technologies to compensate for loss of motor function.
