In parallel with my positions as Coordinator and Manager in the Service Department, I spearheaded Power Pros Electricals inception into the EV Industry. This was followed by overseeing the development and growth to become a leader in comprehensive project management for pre-con (design & Consulting), construction, and maintenance of EV Charging Infrastructure. Managed deployments encompassing Public DCFC, Fleet, Workplace, and Multi-Family (MURB) since 2013. Consistently expanded Power Pros reputation as the best option for high quality, efficiently managed projects that require a uniquely creative approach. With every successful project, and increased demand for our involvement in large EV Infrastructure Deployments, we strategically grew the EV team to become it's own department of "EV Charging Solutions".Current Responsibilities:Develop long-term strategies and work directly with entire team to ensure everyone meets company and client objectives. Lead client proposals, negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, financial reporting/projections, and maintaining a high team moral. Implement and consistently improve efficient works flows, project management/accounting software systems, safety, and quality control programs. Identify strengths of team individuals and realign roles/structure to give them the opportunity to perform at their highest ability Show less
