  Working for the bike department in Halfords allowed me to enhance my team-working and communication skills due to the team having to continually hit targets and make sure the customers were satisfied with the services we provided. I worked on building and performing minor repairs on customers bikes as well as selling new bikes and accessories which further developed my confidence and gave me retail/customer service experience.I worked here during summer 2017 and came back to work for the winter holidays as well in order to fund my university life.
