The project entailed migrating the firm to a new executive search application, including a new interface to PeopleSoft for financials and billing. Responsibilities included all integration test planning activities, management of the test execution, and the generation of test metrics. Additional activities included working with the user and business community in the generation of use cases, test conditions, and test scripts as part of the integration testing effort.       Responsible for the management of over 200 associates and contractors, including off-shore strategic partners and their contracts, providing System Integration Test execution support for various bank applications. Applications span the Telephone channel, eCommerce, ATM, and Banking Center space. Responsibilities included ensuring applications were properly tested prior to production implementation, $7-$9 million budget accountability, and providing strategic direction of the teams’ testing processes and procedures.Successfully implemented various testing processes and procedures that resulted in a 70% decrease in emergency production fixes for banking center applications.Successfully engaged a strategic partner that resulted in a 50% increase in testing coverage, doubled the amount of regression testing support, and provided a 35% increase in testing efficiency through the use of automation.Successfully implemented an on-shore/off-shore model that provided the ability to test 16 hours a day. The model also included the ability to augment staff as needed. Consolidated testing teams and associated test labs that resulted in a 37% reduction in direct expenses. Show less Responsible for managing the shared infrastructure Change Advisory Boards (CABs) that provide management and oversight of changes into the production environment at Bank of America. Across the enterprise, the CABs manage over 12,000 production changes monthly, enforcing the enterprise guidelines for production readiness, to ensure flawless implementation of change into production without customer impact. Responsible for governance of all CABs, including enforcing Change Operations guidelines, revising change guidelines as required based on production stability, and defining and enforcing change violations.Developed and implemented an enterprise-wide Change Condition framework that helped to manage the stability of production environments based on a set of metrics, which in turn drive countermeasures that are applied to changes migrating to production. This framework resulted in a 100% reduction of high impact events caused by change over its initial 3-month period.Over a 4-year period, implemented countermeasures that increased the success rate of changes into production from 98% to 99.2% across the enterprise.Implemented a near shore/offshore model for increased efficiency and productivity, which resulted in a 25% cost reduction.Brought on-line 13 CABs, and after 12 months of operation, and a result of productivity gains, consolidated down to 11 CABs, on top of a 10% increase in change volume.Performed data analysis of incident tickets, identifying teams and processes requiring corrective actions, to alleviate production problems introduced by change.       Responsible for managing a team of Software Quality Engineers as embedded members of various full stack teams, supporting the Store Operations Software organization, and a suite of over 80 applications. Software Quality Engineers are responsible for injecting quality into the development process via ensuring the implementation of unit testing and building out test automation, while maintaining an agile software development process.
