      Operations officer at USAR Company Commander of A Company, 224th MI BN (AE). Responsible for mission readiness, training of personnel, maintenance and deployment management for the US Army's only EMARSS-S and EMARSS-M company. Operations officer for a 360-man Army aviation battalion. Staff manager responsible for planning, resourcing and coordinating world-wide aviation operations utilizing the MC-12S/M EMARSS and MQ-1C Gray Eagle aircraft. Synchronizes efforts with foreign governments, US Embassies and other DoD stakeholders. Coordinate aircraft and logistic movements around the world, to include Africa, Europe, South/Central America & Southeast Asia. Serves as a mission briefing officer and Pilot-in-Command. Commander of a US Army flight detachment in South / Central America. Responsible for the planning, resourcing, and management of 20 personnel in a geographically isolated area. Primary mission planner and liaison supporting the US Embassy and its interests abroad. Served as Pilot-in-Command for the MC-12S EMARSS aircraft and mission approval authority for all missions executed by the detachment. Supported logistics function of a 360-man Army aviation battalion. Responsible for account management, materiel support and infrastructure improvements for the organization. Received training during transition from different models of fixed wing aircraft; advanced training in the MC-12 covering advanced intelligence gathering techniques, aircraft equipment, and airborne intelligence gathering techniques and mission tactics. Responsible for accountability of a US Army flight company's property & aircraft, personnel actions and logistics for a forward deployment to Eastern Europe and Afghanistan. Managed the movement of 20 personnel and 2 aircraft for a successful deployment to Afghanistan. Ensured personnel training, equipment and readiness met the high requirements of the Army ISR enterprise. Conducted a successful forward deployment of 7 months to Afghanistan, following collective training at home station. Acted as forward detachment commander during deployment, conducting flight planning, risk analysis and mission approval authority for specialized intelligence collection. Oversaw four RC-12X aircraft and 60 personnel conducting multiple sorties per day in support of ground force commanders. Primary small unit leader responsible for the training, discipline, and employment of 30 Army aviators and seven RC-12X aircraft. Conducted collective training in support of Operation Resolute Support in Afghanistan and other DoD operations worldwide. Student aviator at US Army flight school.
