      Dedicated to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming campus, I lead initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across all levels of the university. By collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and community stakeholders, I create opportunities that inspire connection, learning, and growth.Key Focus Areas:Education & Engagement: Develop and deliver workshops, training modules, and events that educate the community on DEIB topics, aligning with institutional goals and priorities.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with student organizations, task forces, and committees, including the Diversity Council and Racial Justice Coalition, to foster inclusivity and build a stronger sense of belonging.Support & Advocacy: Serve as a resource for historically underrepresented and marginalized groups, working to enhance their academic, social, and emotional well-being.Policy & Assessment: Assist in evaluating the social and institutional climate, responding to incidents of bias or discrimination, and conducting surveys to improve DEIB efforts.Through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to DEIB best practices, I aim to cultivate a campus culture that embraces diversity and promotes equity for all.
