  Employed as an Engineering Contractor for a leading metrology company. Specifically worked in the special applications department. There was a requirement to work with various stakeholders to overcome standard design issues. Updated company processes to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the NX drafting process. • Received multiple briefs from clients and managed the design/ interpretation phase of a range of 2D engineering drawings in order to create 3D computer models; this allowed products to be redesigned through a full project lifecycle(s) whilst consideration was given to complex manufacturing sequence(s).• Designed a database of 3D models that are now used in across multiple business divisions.   Worked on a transformation programme within Vodafone Enterprise. The programme aim was deliver a simplification of inherited networks, various products and IT systems. The transformation business case identified and optimised best in class operating practice(s) and delivered a full life cycle project. Role included: • Solely responsible for implementing the overall reporting and governance PMO structure of the simplification work stream.• Responsible for production of a detailed business cases for the implementation of a telephony system and workforce management solution which had an impact on all contact centres within the Vodafone estate with the business case benefits delivering a ~£2.5M saving. • Solely managed the coordination of an international business partner visit(s) to showcase best practice through the contact centre of excellence. Show less AutoCAD | StorPlannerEmployed within the Vodafone Space Planning Department. Responsible for designing the layout of over 500+ stores (~£1M+). The redesign of the Vodafone estate was the to maximise the return on space inline with customer experience and to increase retail sales. Key skills required:• Use of multiple CAD software whilst ensuring minimum delay during the store install timeline.• Through the use of StorPlanner software was able to meticulously design and plan every aspect of each store of Vodafone's vast estate.As a direct result the team managed to exceed its usual output subsequently allowing 512 new or redesigned stores to open in 2015 concurrent with the rebrand of Vodafone consumer market.
