  Promoted to a managing partner of this Non-Profit Organization in February of 2018, where we work to raise money for the development of youth hockey in Ireland. Fundraising efforts come largely from our yearly hockey tournament in South Boston, MA over the course of St. Patrick's day weekend.

  In my role with the UMass Amherst Division 1 Men's Ice Hockey Team, I work alongside with Director of Hockey Operations and the coaching staff. I assist in many different operational avenues including in game stat tracking, analytical data keeping, pre scouting analysis, and more.

  Rotational Leadership Development Program Associate

  Two-year program focused on developing early-career leaders through immersive exploration into various areas of the business in order to cultivate unique skills, diverse perspectives and a broad understanding of the organization.--Corporate Strategy Associate (July '22- December '22)- - Completed market research on the supply chain management market. The goal was to identify opportunities within supply chain management based on market dynamics, data needs, customer demands, etc. The research consisted of an in-depth market sizing analysis, market segmentation, key value drivers, competitive landscape, and more. - Completed a Competitive Analysis for one of PTC's product's segments. The competitive analysis included both internal research and external research. Internally, interviews were conducted to get a feel for how the product is perceived. External research consisted of establishing our competitors and doing deep dives into their competitive offerings. The competitive analysis was presented to executive leadership. Go-To-Market Strategy Development Associate (January '23- June '23)- Developed a repeatable and scalable communications framework combining both inbound and outbound components. This has included a number of activities: internal interviews with program owners, survey design and analysis, follow up interviews with sellers, inventory of communication channels and newsletter distribution.- Conducted customer interviews to derive proof points for a product. This entailed working with cross-functional teams to develop interview plans while scheduling and conducting interviews. The results were analyzed and presented to executive leadership. Show less
