I have monitored ISP, Data Backbone, IS3 project, Telco, and Government (DMP, DC office, etc.) network systems.My job Responsibilities are:• 24x7 Alarm monitoring through NMS.• Troubleshooting and repair of network-related issues.• Identifying the root cause of the problem.• Configuring and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, network protocols, etc.• Provided first and second-level escalation support for network, telecommunications, and security issues, employing high-quality service.• Recommended effective and efficient network changes to support specific client needs, resulting in speed improvements.• Implemented regular alerting and monitoring of network performance which reduced network downtime.• Resolved bandwidth utilization issues.• Alarm correlation to identify faults with the help of different EMS and inventory databases.• Assigning appropriate team with proper instruction.• Maintaining different stakeholders (TELCO and ISP).• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to implement a solution.• Assist operation teams in fault handling through different operational procedures.
