  During my 15 years at Brookfield, I served on the Global Real Estate Executive Committee, various Investment Committees and on the Boards of a number of our portfolio companies. Over that time, we grew Brookfield's real estate AUM from roughly $20 billion to over $250 billion. My principal contributions were in the following areas:Investments: $50 billion+ acquisitions across the office, industrial, multifamily, retail and alternative sectors through opportunistic, value-add and core-plus strategies. These included: public company privatizations, distressed debt restructuring/rescue equity, growth equity, partnerships with 3rd party operators, control investments in operating companies, development, direct property investments.Strategic Business Creation: (i) Played a leading role in launching, building and investing for Brookfield’s global opportunistic fund series (BSREP), which has raised over $50 billion since 2012. (ii) As global head of Brookfield's core-plus strategy, led the formation and growth of Brookfield’s first open-end core-plus fund, Brookfield Premier Real Estate Partners (BPREP).(iii) Led Brookfield’s entry and initial growth in the industrial real estate sector. Launched Brookfield’s inaugural dedicated industrial real estate fund. Led Brookfield's investments in various industrial operating companies to form the foundation of Brookfield Logistics Properties. Fund Management: Fund Head and Portfolio Manager for $7 billion of investments across multiple core-plus funds, including BPREP, which was the top performing fund among its peer group during my time as PM from 2016 - 2019.
