Awards are made in a number of areas including: postsecondary education access; retention and completion; student preparation for college; cost-effectiveness; and curricula reform. Worked as an intern in conjunction with Grant Program Officers to ensure accurate and timely completion of project reports.

I manage the College's Change of Degree Application Review Process. I serve as an instructor for ED 100: Intro to Education. I develop academic and co-curricular programming for College of Education students, In Exploratory Studies, I worked with students one on one and in the classroom to ease their transition into higher education. I coordinated the curriculum for the program's courses, USC 101 and 102. I served on the University's Courses and Curricula Committee. I have previously served on the Council on the Status of Women.
