  OUR SERVICES: 20 year Housing Professional specializing in Real Estate Brokerage and Education of First Time Homebuyers. Loss Mitigation for families facing foreclosure; Post Purchase Education; Housing Counseling and Financial Capability Education; Financial Coaching; Community Outreach and Workforce Development.WHAT I DO: I implement strategic goals and objectives of the organization, give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organizations philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals. I assess the needs of Housing Consultants Groups (HCG) clients and provide counseling to them when in crisis; coaching and empowering them to improve their financial situation; and education about how to reach their dreams by tapping into the skills and opportunities available to them.I support homeownership sustainability, workforce development, and financial empowerment. As a nonprofit leader, I am a visionary in that I recognize that collaborating, networking and collective impact is best obtained when nonprofits work together and stay true to their mission. WHO WE ARE : While HCG is small in size, we are big in results! We have impacted the Piedmont Triad area in Central NC, through our foreclosure and loss mitigation services, by serving nearly 6000 clients since 2007. In 2012 to 2013, our organization intervened on homeowners’ behalf and saved properties valued at $41.8 MM.In 2015, HCG successfully negotiated and saved properties valued at $12.8 MM.Established in 2004 as the Guilford County Homeownership Center, Housing Consultants Group recently rebranded the organization and changed its’ name - to succinctly define our mission and scope of services. Our CORE MISSION: To impact homeownership by empowering transformation through financial stability and education. Services are provided for the following counties: Guilford, Alamance, Chatham, Davidson, Forsyth, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes and Yadkin. Show less
