  MAOAM Process Engineer

  Started as an Engineering Graduate on the graduate trainee scheme, before becoming the MAOAM Process Engineer, overseeing the installation and commissioning of the MAOAM production line in our brand new factory in Normanton, West Yorkshire.During my time at Haribo, I've worked in all departments within the business to get a complete understanding of how the entire operation is undertaken. I've also worked in a factory in Germany for 6 months to study the Maoam process, in order to set up our very own production line here in the UK.Once the line got up and running, I lead the design work for future projects, as well as looking at continuous improvement of the existing production line.I also worked on various data acquisition systems, improving and automating reporting.
