      » PRODUCT DIVISION: Paper» FUNCTIONAL AREA: Marketing & Sales (International & Domestic)I was in-charge of the export department in the company, for export of different grades of paper. There was initially not much focus on the export sales in the company, with company focused on domestic and government tenders. I was privileged enough to start exports sales in the company from the scratch with success. I was responsible for dealings with clients from Turkey, Dubai, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Australia, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Malaysia, U.S.A., Canada & Honduras.With my experience & knowledge along with the positive results in export sales, i was also put in-charge of the domestic Indian market, for the regions of New Delhi, Meerut, Maharashtra, Bengaluru & Gujarat and South Indian states and also gained experience in government tenders. My work was to visit the respective cities to obtain orders & handle after sales service. My overall job in the company was to procure orders, visit customers ( India & Overseas) on regular basis, different government & Embassies and managing the sales and after-sales services for the clients. I was also taking care of the documents and logistics connected with the sales. Frequent visit to the plant for training and learning purpose was regularly organized by the company.
