  Helping drive the continued evolution of the Xero's Global Finance function. This includes managing and delivering a major change program to deliver significant system automation benefits and implementations of complex finance centric systems.From Dec 2016, I was appointed into a newly established role as Finance Program Manager. I was selected for this role given my extensive commercial and procurement knowledge, experience in complex system implementations and specialist understanding of how projects are managed in Xero.
