  Part of a 9-person Interior Design Team that caters to a whole architectural firm of 150+ employees. Project handled ranges from small units, residential, hotels, retail spaces, public spaces and BOH spaces of condominiums, and other mixed-use high rises, schools and universities, exhibition spaces and even chapels. In charge of handling own projects from schematic, conceptual, to contract documents up until construction administration and project turn-over. Detailed tasks include the following:Proposal Phase:- Attend design-bid meetings or conferences - Interview client or users for the design brief and requirements of the projectSchematic/ Conceptual Phase:- Come up with mood boards with design inspirations and pegs for client approval- Propose initial materials to be used through digital presentation- Initial space planning to be shown through bubble-diagramsDesign Development: - Render interior perspectives based as per approved materials, pegs and design direction (using SketchUp, Lumion or Vray, Photoshop)- Make floor plans and elevations to be shown (using SketchUp or AutoCad)- Make physical material boards from actual suppliers for client sign-off- Upon approval of perspectives and actual materials, working drawings For Permit purposes are made (using AutoCad)- Make FF&E Manual and Interior Design Specification Manual (Plumbing, Lighting, Materials, Ironmongeries)Contract Documentation - Revisions are made on the perspectives if there are any- Make complete set of working drawings For Tender purposes (using AutoCad)- Attend design bidding for contractors- Make and issue For Construction Drawings to winning contractor complete with necessary details for built-ins and other terminationsConstruction Administration- Attend weekly site meetings and coordination with contractors, engineers and suppliers- Do styling works upon completion of interior fit-out prior to client turnover Show less
