  Responsibilities:• Specialize in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Engineering Construction Work.• Develops project proposal, Method of Statement (MOD), and engineering drawing for project submission.• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects with client and contractors.• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager, engineers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing department, sub-contractors, suppliers and customer.• Coordinate in designing and implementing cost effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughout.• Monitoring the HDD plant & machinery maintenance work and ensure these are operating in a safe manner to support the HDD operation team.• Tracking of machinery.
