  As per Lloyd standards, I took part in mega yacht projects over 30mt that came for annual or 5-year maintenance period. I gained important information about subcontractor proposition, job follow-up and reporting in English from the planning stage according to the job list before the boats arrived. Working with different business type such as diesel engine maintenance, washing machine maintenance, local painting operations, jacuzzi pipeline laying was the most enjoyable part. I had the opportunity to communicate and meet yacht crews from many different cultures. Telling the satisfaction of the customer to me and to my superiors has been my biggest source of motivation.   My responsibilities included introducing the patterns of new tires, retread patterns and our sensor systems to the customer. We were monitoring different brand tires for comparing with our tire. Also finding problems caused by various reasons and reporting these reasons to the customer, reporting market research and sensor installation in my responsibilities.I was also working as a FCT Application Local Key User for Turkiye in order to develop our application.

  Our work process involves monitoring R&D studies for epidemic problems identified by the service teams on vehicles, preparing bulletins, and providing improved parts after supplying them from stock spare parts to the customers. This takes up a significant portion of our workforce’s time. Additionally, my regular responsibilities include maintaining communication with service points and distributors, supporting distributors teams for individual technical issues, evaluating service warranty claims, providing offers for after-sales issues in tender conditions, collecting customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service processes, and monitoring performance indicators to take necessary actions to achieve the targets.
