  Lead Divisional Supplier Quality at DCS RAC contributing toward supplier development and their performance improvement to meet business goals & customer satisfaction, also support procurement strategic projects by supplier sourcing qualification and approval.DCS RAC have 8 plants located in Denmark, China, Poland, India, Mexico, Slovakia, US and 500+ Supplier. Coordinator for all plant level projects, taking new initiative/strategic projects toward Quality Excellence, few are Zero Defects Program, PFMEA review on Genba, Build Supplier Quality -Reducing Incoming Inspection etc., QMS specialist - leading internal audits and coordinator for the plant ISO/IATF audits and strategic Suppliers Development. Being as Lean Six Sigma Coach and Mentor and Internationally recognized Six Sigma Master Black Belt holder from Indian Statistical Institute Bangalore. Initiated LSSGB program resulted 500+kEUR direct savings and business process. Mentor for the Sales Strategy projects driven through Six Sigma approach. Driving Zero Defects Mindset program toward reducing Customer complaints and leading Crirical to Quality Problems and deploy Poka Yoke solutions. Supporting to across plants in DCS RAC toward Supplier Quality related activities, like PPAP review & approval, Supplier Auidts etc., and also responsible for key suppliers development in India region and special characteristics implementation at global suppliers. Expat assignement in Grodzisk plant, Poland and supporting on key supplier developmental projects.
