  The period of traineeship, held in Delphi technical center in Luxembourg was carried out in the Advanced Injection & Combustion Engineering department and it was devoted to the Master thesis development in Mechanical Engineering for propulsion systems development. The focus of the project is to evaluate the GT-Suite (Gamma Technology) simulation performance for the thermal hydraulic flow in diesel injection common rail system. Focuses are the pressure wave propagation in injection system including the active and reflecting wave, fuel property models, and injector analysis.
