      The Implementation and Technical Support Specialist is a hybrid position, consisting of responsibilities as a senior technical support and implementation specialist roles. As the Implementation and support specialist I will start working with a client as soon as we receive a contract for a new order and will spend the next 3-6 months working with that client to help them understand how to best utilize the system. It is also critical to gain a better understanding on how the client do business so I can help the company customize the system to better fit their business. This position involves significant travel to clients within the country and limited travel to clients Internationally.I am a subject matter expert for users, how they use the system, what features and products client use, how they are used, and how they can be used.
