I work with production during inventory issues and at year end. I track Complaints, late shipments, back orders, RMA's and sample shipments along with product shipments for the Monthly reporting to Corporate.I invoice all shipments and work with accounting at end of month.I manage inventory of office supplies and toner or issues with network printers.I assist and train others on software and learn daily how to better my skills and knowledge of thermal-forming business operations.
