I developed the long-term strategy and business model including securing all certifications and memberships for the Law Society and the FCA. I maintained and enhanced existing client relationships and target expansion through business development and long-term client contracts becoming the largest provider of debt recovery services to Central Government. I successfully drove revenue growth over the period with turnover increasing by 50% and profit by over 200% by the final year leading to the successful sale of the business to Drydens Limited 12 months ahead of the original exit strategy.   Responsible for the Charities IVA department and DRO operation.In this role, I led transformation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance compliance standards, and optimised the handling of IVAs and DROs for the UK’s largest debt charity. I Implemented new systems for case management alongside core process changes leading to a faster and more efficient IVA handling process for clients including establishing a client portal for digital on-boarding. As part of the Senior Leadership team tasked with leading and managing the organisation on behalf of the Executive Board. I implemented a series of process and structural changes to reduce the production time and costs for IVAs and DROs by over 35% while enhancing compliance and quality standards. I am responsible for the management of two departments including a team of 60 staff managing a large portfolio Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and a team of 70 staff processing a large volume of Debt Relief Orders (DROs).
