  This project is developing and analyzing Emergency Phones (EP) System on Claremont Colleges Campus. The purpose of EP is to provide a way for any person who needs help to contact with Campus Safety. Conducting the analysis is necessary to know how this EP performance is based on the goal for which the system has been designed. In order to conduct analysis, we used many tools such as ArcGIS Desktop, Online ArcGIS, Collector App and Geoform. ArcGIS Desktop has been used to design feature services for the purpose of collecting the EP locations through the feature services with the Collector App. Also, we used Online ArcGIS for conducting the analysis of EP locations, for example, using a heat map to figure out the places of campus included in and excluded from EP. The measurement tool has been used to calculate the average distance between these EP and the average walking distance for a person to contact the closest EP. Furthermore, we have identified the active and the dark areas depending on the field observations that we have done. In addition, we designed a new method to help Campus Safety report an incident online from the crime scene. As a result of this study we found that some of the areas of Claremont campus need to be covered by EP, as well as the EP density in some colleges is lower than what it should. Show less This report was prepared as a document to describing the general plan of California Coastal Trail (CCT) project, also to determine the progress of CCT project after 8 weeks. CCT is one of the great trails of US. Once completed, it will be 1200 miles long and cross many counties and cities, from the Oregon to Mexican borders. This trail will be planned locally and connections will need to be negotiated between many land owners and jurisdictions.Development of collaborative tool user interface and feature set test initial prototype that allows property owner, community and Government collaborate to determine the CCT path.
