  Directed planning and beddown of 3 large-scale construction projects; $27M Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery Warehouse, 31 acre land acquisition for a Deployable Air Base System, and $49M Univision Storage Area upgrade. Authored 4 area development plans to align USAF needs with NATO and host nation requirements for munitions storage and maintenance. Completed base-wide plan to relocate the 352nd Special Operations Wing (SOW) from RAF Mildenhall to Spangdahlem AB, developed plan to migrate operations from 40 facilities and construct a new $343M SOW complex to provide a viable space with negligible impact to the existing wing mission.   Oversees Resources, Real Property, IT & Cyber, and Manpower personnel to support the Civil Engineer Squadron at Osan AB. Responsible for the execution of an $55M annual budget and personnel actions for 545 military, US and Korean Civilians, and contractors. Ensures cybersecurity for facility related control systems to monitor and regulate critical assets that enable flight operations out of Osan AB. Validates all Real Property facilities and linear structures through survey, visual inspection, and customer interviews to secure proper funding to sustain 1K facilities worth $6.4B. Show less PLANNING: Lead future basing strategy by overhauling the Installation Development Plan to provide proper zoning and siting of new construction. Established guidance on functional use areas to help future Wing Commanders and Community Planners properly site new facilities. Developed space authorizations for 35 organizations to determine the amount of space required to complete operations according to Air Force regulations while taking into account the unique mission sets at Osan AB. These space authorizations are used to advocate for funding of renovation or new construction. Example: The authorizations for administrative offices were completed and a 10K sf deficiency was found. Through conversations with higher headquarters they agreed to the conversion of an underutilized dorm to provide the much needed administrative space for agencies installation wide.ENCROACHMENT AND AIRCRAFT SAFETY:Ensured safety for 48 fighter aircraft and transient cargo planes through reviewing off base construction plans, meeting with military and Korean Government officials, and collaboration with the Airfield Manger to control obstructions to the airspace on and off-base.
