  I am working to improve the experience for both merchants and their customers in the space of Electronic Benefits Transfer. I am managing the Product Level Blocking project for the Department of Social Services. This project is a first-of-its-kind technology pilot program to support Electronic Benefits Transfer and welfare reform in Australia. It involves a number of stakeholders in the Australian retail industry sector including POS Providers, Payment Integrators and Acquirers. Live operations began in December 2019.
