  Program coordinator for a series of five Project initiatives dealing with the reinforcement of the Quality of the Office's business services and processes Working on the identification of the Business Services and associated Capabilities to adequately map the IP business area of the Office for the purposes of building a sound Enterprise Architecture of OHIM. The IPR Lab is a small unit created within the Office for Harmonization of the Internal market, formed by diffent expertise profiles (I represent the business analysis & project management), which is charged of quickly developing prototypes with the aim of testing and clarifying paths for the future development of the Office, both regarding its IT tools and its procedures.
