      As a Product Owner I have a central role in the Agile Release Train ‘Genereren Inkomsten'. My teams make an important contribution to achieving the goals of the Agile Release Train. I am the Product Owner of two agile teams. Team Content & CRO which consists of content managers and a CRO specialist and Team Online which consists of front-end developers, back-end developers, testers, a visual designer, a UX designer and a business analyst. The teams develop (dev) and maintain (ops) the websites waternet.nl and agv.nl. Team Online also maintains the corporate intranet.Team Content & CRO develops and maintains the content of waternet.nl and agv.nl. The team approaches content in a holistic manner. Team Content & CRO is responsible for the content on the sites, but it also does conversion rate optimization, maintenance and further development of the conversations of the automated chat, the team supports and advises Team Online in the development of new online features. To ensure a seamless brand experience from offline to online Team Content & CRO also develops the content for letters and bills. Team Online develops and maintains our websites and corporate intranet. At the moment the primary focus is on maintenance, getting rid of technical dept, implementing legislation such as WCAG 2.1 but also developing new features for our users. One of the important pivots I am working on is to treat UX as a process and not merely as a role in the team. Our goals. 80% of customer interaction should take place online and fully automized. A customer satisfaction rating of 8+. And we aim to become the best public service provider in the region. Show less As a Scrum Master, I have set up, supported, and coached multiple teams, including both DevOps teams and business teams. I played a crucial role in a scaled agile environment, where I organized PI (Program Increment) planning sessions, among other tasks.I elevated teams to a higher level of abstraction, not only fulfilling stakeholder requests but truly advancing stakeholders' objectives.I introduced user testing to enable teams to genuinely prioritize the user.
