      Overview:Overseeing the Procurement, logistics and Office Administration responsibilities for the $30 million, USAID-funded YCST program. Leading a team of more than 15 people to perform the day-to-day management of the procurement, logistics and office administration functions while ensuring complying with Global Communities/ donor policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and standards and making technical recommendations when necessary.Main Responsibilities:• Leading the procurement of the service delivery projects for YCST targeted Communities and executed contracts in a rapid timely manner.• Proven work history record in leading tendering process valued over than $500K. I am experienced in preparing and reviewing solicitation documents such as RFQ, RFP, ITB and ITT. • Experienced in asset management. I ensure that assets are always accounted for and updated as needed and in good working conditions. • Assisting program implementation through arranging meetings, conferences, catering needs, travel/accommodations as per the program requirements.• Managing office/guest house lease agreements and ensure that required maintenance are promptly carried out. • Provide support in obtaining and renewal of visas, work and residence permits for international staff. • Liaising with relevant government authorities and public utility providers as required.• Ensuring the availability of adequate supplies as well as efficient use of office supplies.
