  After graduation my first opportunity was within a FM company where I was appointed to both the City of Casey and BHP Biliton contracts, in addition to other projects as they arose. Over the next eighteen months, however, my position evolved into servicing solely the City of Casey's contract, progressing to be the principal Architect for the municipality managing 30+ projects per year, each with budgets of between $10,000 and $2M.Full architectural services included stakeholder inclusion, functional design responsiveness, inter-departmental coordination, documentation, tendering, and project reporting.
