  The company creates a new business model based on periodic data analysis, giving birth to a new product (LiveTracker studies). Based on my experience as a developer within the company and the new requirements, I am assigned to develop and lead the new survey rotation system. This system is responsible for the eligibility of participants, quota availability, survey modulation, rewards calculation, survey flow and email campaigns. On the other hand, I lead the production team that will be in charge of troubleshooting, maintenance and population of data to be used by the existing BI software (Tableau). Show less The company decides to make a change over the technologies used to conduct online surveys by introducing a new opened source platform (LimeSurvey). From that moment, with the experience gained in previous years, I began to develop tools in the production area linked to the new platform to provide new and innovative solutions for customers. I become a senior developer in LimeSurvey, making changes on the platform itself and the surveys system, such as, new functionalities and quality controls implementation inside surveys, layouts, plugins (changes in core) and any type of survey customization required by the client (HTML5 and JQuery). In addition to that, I continued my work on troubleshooting, technical support and I started to train a new survey team to handle the new technology. On 2019 PPD's Evidera acquires it. As a survey developer, my job was based on surveys programming and maintenance using a platform created by the company itself. System settings related to each product, such as translations, quotas, access to agencies, forums and user privileges. Guarantee the quality of each of the launched products (User Acceptance Testing) and keep constant communication between stakeholders for troubleshooting tasks and eventual changes. Show less
