  As a patrol corporal, I was a front line supervisor responsible for supervising a crew of patrol officers. I did some scheduling as needed, and was the Brewer Police Department's primary field training officer. I also wrote the entire FTO program from scratch. I was the first patrol officer, prior to promotion, to ever run the field training program.

I perform multiple administrative duties, such as field training officer, training coordinator, scheduling, employee evaluations, criminal investigations and internal affair complaints. I assist the Chief of Police in many ways, including review and updating of policies, and I do some I.T. work for the department, including building our agency web site at www.veaziepd.net.
