      Directed the finance organization for a $80 million revenue, multinational, public, non-volatile memory and analog/mixed signal semiconductor company. Co-led efforts with the CEO and investment bankers in selling the company to ON Semiconductor at a 51% premium to market price in July 2008. Assisted the CEO in improving operating performance during FY 2008. Net revenues increased by 14% to $76 M, with Analog/Mixed Signal revenues increasing by 93% to $11 million. Gross margins increased to 37.8% from 33.3% in FY 2007, while net income increased to $2.9 M from a net loss of $429K for FY2007. Cash flow from operations increased to $9 M with better working capital management and increased profits.Reduced G&A expenses by 25%, reducing audit fees and outside services. Improved efficiency and reduced cost by insourcing investor relations, stock administration, SOX testing and SEC reporting. Show less

Principal clients included:Marvell Technology Group Ltd.As an Engagement Partner with Tatum, LLC served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for a $3 billion revenue multinational, public, semiconductor company from October 2015 to September 2016. Successfully assisted Marvell through several independent Audit Committee investigations and an SEC inquiry which resulted in no financial restatement or criminal proceedings. Also led efforts to select a new independent accounting firm and was a principal member of the interim management team that oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Company during a four month period. Later assisted with the transition of the new CEO, executive staff and Board members which resulted in a major restructuring of the Company. Assisted with efforts to regain NASDAQ compliance and helped Marvell regain compliance with all SEC filings.Mendel BiotechnologyServed as Interim CFO from August 2010 to November 2011 for a $25 M+ revenue bio-genetics and bio-energy start-up company that was partially owned by Monsanto and BP. I assisted the CEO and Board in evaluating various alternatives, managing cash flow and expenses and assisted in raising $25 M in new equity. Meru NetworksServed as interim VP Finance for fifteen months at Meru Networks, a publicly-traded, $100 million + revenue, wireless local area network and software company where I assisted the company in their turnaround efforts including raising $32 M in additional debt and equity. Oversaw all compliance activities including; SEC filings, quarterly reviews, annual audit, SOX testing, software revenue recognition, Oracle system upgrade and credit and collections which was vital to the Company at that time.Other CFO positions with a number of early stage start-up companies.
