  • Experience

    • CIRCUITRONICS CORPORATION

      Jul 2007 - Jul 2008
      Webmaster / IT Lead

Initially brought in to revamp their website to include e-Commerce and updated designs, I soon oversaw implementing the company’s email system, file servers and networked printers. Within a month, they had upgraded from a singular AOL email address to departmental emails and no longer relied on walking USB thumb drives around the work site.

      Quality Assurance Tester

I worked as a QA Tester assigned to the multimillion-dollar video game franchise, "NCAA Football." My project was NCAA Football 2009. I was responsible for testing fixes and changes made by the game developers as well as identifying and accurately documenting errors and bugs in the game’s functionality.

    • ManTech Europe Systems Corp

      Jan 2009 - Sept 2009
      Webmaster / System Analyst II

I provided remote, tier 1 and touch-and-go tier 2 support for the US Army 405th Army Field Support Brigade to include system imaging, desktop support, hardware installation, server updates and patching. Also, I was the brigade webmaster and SharePoint administrator. I supported over 1,000 users spanning Netherlands, Germany and Italy. Notable accomplishments were that I single-handedly revamped the brigade public site, personally migrated systems and users through two major operating system upgrades with no data losses and was the command group's "go-to" IT guy. 더보기 취소

      Jul 2013 - Jul 2018
      Web Developer

I developed products and applications for the largest naval hospital in the world used throughout the hospital's main campus as well as various clinics throughout the San Diego / southern California region. The products and applications were both public facing as well as on the intranet built upon Microsoft SharePoint or Adobe Coldfusion and SQL.Notable projects I built were the performance appraisal reporting systems (Performance Appraisal Report and Clinical Appraisal Report) used by all the doctors and nurses in the hospital and surrounding clinics and a quality assurance reporting and tracking system (Qualify Variance Report) used by hospital laboratory and blood bank. Along with three other co-workers who make up the entire Web Services team, we also developed and maintained the hospital public websites and extranet sites. Other duties I was responsible for was upgrading, updating and patching the web servers and ensuring compliance with cyber security standards and policies. 더보기 취소

      Jul 2018 - Apr 2020
      Knowledge Manager

I identified and catalogued the people, processes and tools within the organization in order to create knowledge networks and workflows to facilitate information transfer both upward to assist leadership in their decision-making in daily operations and downward so that personnel carrying out missions and tasks are completing them effectively and efficiently. While the position required a broad, abstract overview, I also levied various information systems tools (i.e., SharePoint, MS Office, and network drives) to accomplish data tracking and reporting. Notable projects I built were IT trouble ticket system and Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) tracker which ensures brigade leadership can ensure quick and efficient evacuation of service members' families and dependents from South Korea in the event of hostile conflict. 더보기 취소

    • United Nations Command

      Sept 2021 - Sept 2024
      Knowledge Manager

I served as the Knowledge Management Officer for the United Nations Command (UNC) where I developed, designed, implemented, integrated, and maintained collaborative tools and systems to ensure effective information flow, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned in order to support the UNC mission in the Korean Theater of Operations (KTO).Before my arrival, UNC did not have any Knowledge Management and was regularly reinventing the wheel as it had no process to capture and retain any institutional knowledge. Within the first year of coming onboard, I had piloted different products, like a comprehensive COVID tracker, which tracked personnel and dependents COVID statuses, vaccine statuses, and PCR/antigen testing history that fed a dashboard providing leaders with live readiness data.In the following year, I migrated and trained UNC staff onto the Army 365 (Microsoft Office 365) platform. I also attended the Army KM Qualification Course at Ft. Leavenworth where I earned the 1E additional skill identifier (ASI).Leveraging my expertise in front-end web development, programming, and interactive systems design, I provided digital solutions utilizing established practices and policies to ensure that "the right people get the right message in the right format at the right time." I have developed solutions in the Office 365 environment. In addition to developing KM systems, I also facilitated knowledge flow across the UNC to ensure information and data are shared horizontally, not just vertically. Major applications I developed and implemented were the UNC After Action Review tracker, UNC Intel Events tracker, and UNC Battle Watch trackers. These trackers provide UNC staff as well as augmented staff participating in the Crisis Management Exercises, Freedom Shield, and Ulchi Freedom Shield exercises. 더보기 취소
