  I ensured safety of all patrons and swimmers on pool deck while maintaining the cleanliness of pool by sweeping, cleaning drains, conducting chemical checks of the pool on a daily basis, assisting in ancillary tasks, such as helping patrons, answering phone calls, and placing important signage on the front doors of the facility. In this job I was able to gain the skill of being able to work in an environment that called for being attentive and always active on the job. I was able to grow my skills of being dedicated to one task and a time and always be ready for a call to action. Show less I conducted swimming lessons for young kids who are beginning to swim (beginners to advanced) and made lesson plans for 30 minute swim lessons. I creatively thought of new ideas that would allow young swimmers in the water to be comfortable and help shape their technique. In this job, it was crucial for me to always be attentive to the young individuals in the pool and be sure there was always an action plan ready in case there was an emergency. I was in constant communication with the lifeguard(s) on duty, as well as the pool manager. This grew my communication skills while allowing me to be attentive as well. I reached out to brand ambassadors to help develop connections for Butterlorette while also locally finding and contributing to pop-up shops for Butterlorette which allowed us in real-time to get customer feedback and experiences. My growth with Butterlorette also extended to developing my skills in the IT sector by creating the webpage for the company, allowing customers globally to buy Butterlorette products and connect to our socioeconomic mission for betterment.
