  Freelance Oboist

  I have vast experience freelancing on oboe and English horn, particularly in pit orchestras. I have experience with shows such as Mary Poppins, Les Miserables, and Willy Wonka. In addition, Little Women, Rodger's and Hammerstein's Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid I have performed more than once. I have experience doubling on other clarinets and saxophones in addition to oboe, for shows such as Guys and Dolls and Anything Goes. I also have years of orchestral and wind band playing experience.

  Instructor of Oboe

  I teach oboe lessons at The Music School of Delaware at the Wilmington location, and have previously taught at the Newark satellite location. I have experience teaching students from as young as third grade to retired adults. In addition to oboe lessons, I am so excited to be offering my first oboe reed making class at The Music School of Delaware this summer!

  I help assist with all tasks related to undergraduate recruitment within the School of Music. I do both behind the scenes, and hands on tasks that assist with virtual and in person recruitment. As part of my graduate assistantship within the School of Music, I am a TA for the woodwind methods courses. This teaching assistantship is a unique opportunity, because I help run the course with one to two other graduate students. Through teaching this course, I have extensive experience leading units on the oboe and bassoon, and assisting the teaching of clarinet, saxophone, and flute.

  I started performing with the Bay Atlantic Symphony in July 2024. This season I performed in their October, November and December concerts, and act as their first call oboe sub.
