      Extensive research and analysis in to developing an incentive scheme to attract private sector developers to invest in low cost housing. Research areas included housing delivery locally and globally, PPP (Private Public Partnerships), innovative and creative projects involving local and international NGO's, government scheme intervention and policy scrutiny, feasibility studies and project management.
