  It was my first experience working with IT, I was still in college and it was an eye-opening experience. I could understand how important the IT as a whole was for a large company. I was responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of computers and other electronics for the employees, guidelines for the use of equipment, among other functions.

  SENAI - National Service for Industrial Learning is a Brazilian private educational institution of public interest, non-profit, with legal personality governed by private law, being outside the public administration.An essential experience for my personal development, where I learned that knowing only the technical part of the service is simply not enough. I developed my interpersonal skills, teamwork, and I developed a certain degree of problem and solution analysis (it wasn't a very high degree LoL but it improved a lot in the following years). I made friendships at this school that will last a lifetime!I also greatly improved my technical knowledge and achieved, for example: I implemented the use of automation through Windows system images at our working unit, which greatly reduced the implementation time of new computer labs and the maintenance of existing ones; reconfigured the local unit's lab networks with a Linux server, which increased access control and reduced inconvenience with necessary files for students and teachers, organized the documentation of IT assets according to the Quality Management System, among others things.Finally, I was also responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of computers and other equipment for employees, computer labs for students, among other responsibilities; including work trips to other SENAI units in other cities to solve similar problems. My time teaching at this school was essential to achieve my fluency in English (if you want to learn something in depth, try having to teach it ahaha). My coworkers were very cool and always in high spirits, they were always willing, no bad times to be had. I developed oratory skills, diction, patience, constructive feedback, discipline in administrative routines and projects. I also helped our school transitioning from the in-person classes to online classes model through the Zoom tool during the pandemic, and carried out my first ever work from Home. Show less
