  Responsible for leading and managing the standards and daily operations of the Flight of about forty cadets. Worked closely with the Flight Sergeant and other subordinate leaders as well as the Cadet Group Staff to ensure standards were met, and that communication and operations ran smoothly. Second in command of physical training for the entire 180-cadet group. Assisted with the management of cadet fitness records and goals, in communication with subordinate leaders and Flight Commanders in each Flight.Conceptualized and oversaw purchase of ten two-way radios for use at events and training. Managed the personal profiles of the cadets in the flight and handled administrative changes to cadet information, working closely with the Flight Sergeant and Commander. Second in command to the Flight Commander and assisted with the administration and organization of the Flight, including attendance and documentation.
