  I was team member in organizing behavior/human resources committee. I hired new members after doing interviews with many students. I always ensured member comfort and satisfaction by making friendships with all 20+ members and therefor listened to their complaints and resolved all. Also, I evaluated and motivated 20 plus committee members through attending all meetings (always performed well), increasing the rate of their progress. Lastly, I was an adamant team member in women in engineering (WIE) committee. This inspired a lot of women in engineering through events and Facebook posts. Show less
