  o Comprehensive planning, designing, resource utilization plan, aligning documents with policies, networking with different stakeholder like donor, government, communities etc. o Resource generations through writing project proposals and submitting to various donors.o Develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system that will ensure tracking of project/ programme results at different levels (outputs, outcomes and impact).o Facilitate technical managers for the development of Logical Framework Analysis (LFAs), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), Supervisory Checklists, Management Information Systems (MIS), Theory of Change (ToC), Reporting Tools and data management system using software and excel of the projects.o Facilitate to conduct regular monitoring of projects that meet laid down standards on a regular basis and incorporate field and technical team feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of data management systems of project.o Undertake visits to the field throughout the project, as needed to support and/ or supervise data collection or verify data quality; o Facilitation to donors/third party evaluators in their monitoring visits to the project areas.o Provide alert to the respective programme officers/ managers, HODs and Chiefs on corrective actions required to avoid delays in implementation, including flagging operational issues and risks requiring timely actionso Analyze the complaints reporting and feedback mechanism and Accountability data to the management team to facilitate quality improvement.o Prepare reports related to internal reporting such as the monthly, quarterly and annual reports and research reports.o Assist to develop research proposals, concept papers, and qualitative and quantitative research study designs.o Assist to conduct baseline, midterm and end line evaluation of the projects.o Present research papers in national and international level Show less
