  I was involved in a Network Optimisation of both NMT 450 and GSM 900 networks project. I was in charge of the definition of solutions, including a new frequency plan and sectorial aerials to improve the analog mobile network, and introduced Hybrid combiners and tilted aerials (including tests and validation).

  - I am in charge or the Business Continuity Management System for the Network according to ISO 22301 requirements, I’m involved in the improvement of existing plans and new redundancy solutions,- update of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to anticipate and stay resilient with the introduction of new technologies ( 5G , FTTH ) and new risks and issues ( environment, Energy Shortage ),- Implementation of a Business Continuity Policy according to the Company’s strategy & B.I.A. ,- Introduction of a Back-Up and Restore strategy for Telecom Network and its Infrastructure according to SOC and FORENSIC requirements ( storage redundancy, Air Gap protection, Off site and Off Line strategy ) - Tests and Exercises driven for the whole Telecom Network infrastructures and equipments to check and improve our plans , process and procedures , and monthly meetings to focus on operational questions and issues, and feedback meetings and audits to challenge our team for continuous improvement . Show less - Leading the IP PMO team, I was involved in IP & Optical backbone, backhaul and Aggregation, Security and interconnection with foreign operator projects.- In a previous project as backbone project manager, I managed the Bouygues-ALU-IBM team in charge of IP Backbone migration, we successfully reached the goals to offer larger bandwidth for VoLTE services.- I previously led a team that designed major Transmission and Architecture evolutions for mobile networks to prepare the integration of the LTE services. I launched the Iub/Ip migration and Abis/Ethernet deployment. Challenges ahead were to decrease the ratio of legacy TDM links to increase bandwidth for Ethernet.
