During that year, I created, organised, implemented and managed financial activities to fund different projects. I also launched the first Prom of the school in 30 years at the Metropol Hotel, oldest and prestigious hotel in Brussels. It was a success for all students and teachers although we failed to meet all financial requirements. It was a first event management experience from which I learned a lot. Show less

Friendships last, moments don't. An extra decade with all of them together wouldn't have been too much.• BusyI arrived in a system where I was asked to deliver. At this points of your studies, you better like what you do anyways.. Lucky me, I love business, marketing and strategy. • Agilitas Group

      May 2018 - Jul 2018
      Marketing Management Trainee

I arrived in the company during a very strategically challenging period. The company (t-groep, at the time) had recently shifted from a public to a private holding. I actively participated in their rebranding process and was present during the shaping of their new strategy (culture, business model, positionning and processes). This strategy is today flourishing under the name of Agilitas Group. The best feeling was to work with a tremendously motivated team always oriented towards improvement. I learned a lot, mainly on project management. I had a first opportunity to imagine, create, launch and assess a national campaign targeting students on my own (ref. Worth It Campaign) with a substantial budget. As a result of my involvement, I quickly had to work and report directly to the C-Suite (see endorsements bellow). On top of that, I was in charge of several internal projects on the marketing field touching upon the communication of the brand's new strategic identity (ref. Videos).Skills I sharpened during this paid end-of-the-bachelor internship:• Leadership• Project management• Creation and implementation of new solutions• Work under High time-pressure• Digital (Paid-Owned and Earned & SEA) marketing• Hubspot management and HTML development (basics)• Content creation, shooting and editing (Ps, Ai, Lr, Acrobat, FCPX)• Negotiation Show less

After 4 months as the head of marketing, I became “head” in January 2019 with the support of the founders, co-founders and the lead team with the ambition to bring the non-profit to a new level. Leading TEDxULB is a multidisciplinary experience where my friends and I have been leaders for a company of 35 people. As the “head” of the organisation, I mainly worked with a lead-team of 6 people and learned a lot from them. I had the chance to be supported by mentors such as Philip Weiss and Bruno Wattenbergh as much as an amazing team who taught me everyday on very diverse aspects of the business. Here are some achievements made during this 6th edition: • General Management: Creation of a organisational culture, active listening and happily ambitious leadership. Flipping of the company's economical situation by bringing the non-profit’s Result from -2.500€ to +3.500€ net. Co-organising a 30.000€ worth sold-out event, welcoming 650+ people and broadcasting 7 top-notch personalities in Flagey (mythical venue in Brussels). Creation of LT processes to insure business continuity for next generations.• Sales: Prospection and closing of sponsorship contracts with some of the biggest national entities (Proximus, STIB, EXKI, Brussels Environment, La Libre, the area of Ixelles, etc.) covering up to 50% of the costs.• Marketing: High level of content creation and communication planning with significant engagement resulting in a sold-out event, #3 trending on twitter in Brussels on the D-Day, creation of new channels and partnerships (Newspaper, Radio Station, Influencers, other institutions).• Legal: Total regularisation of the ASBL's status to the BCE, reimbursement of payables, re-constitution of the general assembly. Co-Founder, in charge of the POC

In 2020, we won the Innoviris grant from Brussels to launch a preventive medicine project.I left my position as a Salesforce consultant to fully dedicate myself to this opportunity.Even today, we estimate that one in five people is at risk of developing at least one genetic disease that we can identify and address in advance (1).We are talking about cancers, cardiovascular diseases, deafness, blindness, hereditary diseases, and nearly 1,000 conditions for which genetic screening can help you take preventive measures for yourself and your descendants. With the democratization of genetic testing, our goal was to make your risk profile accessible in a secure and reliable way.The objective was to shift healthcare from reaction to prevention. In 2022, following COVID and an overwhelmed supply chain network, we decided to close this business.(1) Source: Rego et al. 2018 Cold Spring Harb Mol Case Stud 4: a003178 Show less
