  I am the Sales Manager of a Construction Machinery Parts product that we are sole distributors for throughout Australia. After 20 Years with Hastings Deering and working with arguably the premiere brand in the mining and construction industry (Caterpillar), I have decided to utilise my customer service skills in the same industry, but with a totally different brand. It has always been my belief that consumers are driven by price, but if the price is right the icing on the cake will always be the customer service you provide, this is paramount in any industry we work in.   Business Integration Specialist | Streamlining Processes for Seamless Operations. In my role I am responsible for the alignment of agreed methods and measures between our company and my customers in the PNG mining sector. My primary focus is to streamline my customer's operations and improve efficiency and facilitate communication between different parts of our business, both internal and external. The outcome for our business is to gain market share for our Caterpillar product in machine, component, and associated planned parts. My strengths lie in analyzing current systems and areas for improvement along with implementing new processes to better integrate various aspects of the business. I enjoy utilizing my cross-cultural leadership experience and working both domestically and with international customers alike. My clients are predominantly in Papua New Guinea and learning and embracing the Melanesian culture is an enjoyable part of my role. Show less
