  o Responsible for the selection, verification and recruitment of local and overseas suppliers for numerous Can Pack Group production plants worldwide.o Carry out periodical suppliers audit and evaluations with the assistance of QC to understand the way they manage their business, stock levels and stock distribution.o Maintaining adequate raw material stock piles based on approved rotation indexes.o Setting up and executing purchase strategies/plans from overseas suppliers for both local and overseas production plants, based on international guidelines.o Manage JIT deliveries to 8 plants in 4 countries, of raw material for glass bottle production and components for aerosol can, steel can and aluminium beverage can production.o Support and coordination in the implementation of four (4) new Glass Works Investment Projects and two (2) Can Line Investment Projects.o Coordinating internal purchase/sales processes of production machinery, refurbishment of machinery and raw materials.o Negotiating pricing plans, terms of payment, terms of delivery and delivery schedules with key suppliers.o Drawing up purchase contracts in consultancy with the legal and financial dept.
