  I was part of a site based team at the Savoy hotel. My main responsibilities were managing all aspects of cad work from survey’s to meetings and managing. From September ’09 onwards I was responsible for all aspects of the Savoy project including survey’s, drawing’s, QA and dealing with quantity surveyors, sub-contractors etc.A large part of this job was surveys of existing services as there was little or no information from previous contractors/consultants concerning installation drawings. Responsible for the complete operation and management of the BIM/CAD department with full responsibility for the operational budget of the department, whilst ensuring the company BIM procedures are implemented, I am also constantly reviewing and looking for ways in which to improve the quality and efficiency of the BIM/CAD production. The size and scale of projects we deliver varies from between £15,000 to £2,000,000 value in fees.
