  My experience at I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee) gave me the opportunity to get heavily involved in field operations, research, and analysis, issue identification, stakeholder and project management. Being involved in three state election campaigns, I was responsible for the ideation and planning of State and National Campaigns including the finalisation of the operational model. A part of my responsibilities was to implementation of the campaign within a strict timeline as per the project plans and schedules with constantly changing local political factors. In addition to issue identification, I was responsible for identifying important stakeholder varying from NGOs and local influencers to interest groups and politicians.   Overseeing four programs covering child poverty, child protection, education, and health & nutrition with a combined grant value of 20 cr (USD 23,98,720). Sucessfully concluded a three-year initiative named "Preventing Child Labor and Enhancing Human Rights in Delhi's Garment Supply Chain," integrating components for ECCE & Children Protection.Program Strategy and Management: Responsible for preparing a detailed implementation plan for the project, developing the strategy and financial plan, which includes proposal development, LFA Development, and the development of MIS/MEAL.Operation Management: I co-lead the Programme Implementation Unit of 21 Multi Activity Centres (MACs) in West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Karnataka, Telangana, and Maharashtra. Additionally, I managed and supervised day-to-day operations of four projects across four districts in Delhi. I played a key role in initiating, planning, and developing mass campaigns on various themes, with a focus on child rights, the negative impacts of child labor, gender stereotypes/norms.Team Management: Lead a team of 42 individuals, assisting in monthly action planning, conducting regular review meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives.Business Development: I've developed proposals on Livelihood & skill building, Child rights & protection, Early childhood care and education for CSR & member country of Save the Children and played a key role in securing grants worth INR 15.10 crore (18,14,197 USD).Humanitarian Response: Lead disaster response efforts in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh, coordinating distribution of aid and managing Child Friendly Spaces for children affected by crisis.Stakeholder management: Facilitate partnerships with stakeholders like CWCs, CHILDLINE, and WCD Officers to create Child Labour Free Zones and promote Human Rights & Business Principle.   * Leading the operations and managing the entire operations of more than 500+ training partners across India and utilized the budget of more than 174 Cr. (2,08,63,644 USD)* Successfully enrolled more than 174,000 trainees and thus contributed in generating revenue of more than 10 Crore (12,51,818 USD).* Overseeing the database of enrolled trainees, extracting insights to create project progress dashboards. Out of these, more than 85,000 candidates have been certified within the project.* Planning, managing, and overseeing successful execution of skill development training programmes under various govt of India’s Skill Development initiatives such as the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship’s flagship scheme- Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 4.0) running across the country.* Hold accountability to deliver assigned Projects with the appropriate level of quality, on time delivery, on budgeted cost, and consistent with standards & Specifications.* Liaising with various Ministries, State Skill Missions, Sector Skill Councils, Education Boards, Training Partners, Assessment agencies and other stakeholders across the country to define, execute projects via appropriate strategies and deliver within strict deadlines.* Lead the Assessment & Certification Division of NSDC to facilitate completion of assessments and certification of the enrolled candidates under the project, across the country.* Worked closely with the IT developers to architect the project design and implement the project through the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH).
