Downtown Syracuse came to Mower looking for ways to get people back out to their favorite restaurants, shops, museums and theaters. We also knew that the local business community was more than ready to welcome them back—safely and responsibly. So, we partnered with the Downtown Committee and a group of local leaders to get the word out that Syracuse was back open for business.
