  Currently working for Microsoft as a Level 2 Exchange Support Engineer providing Premier and Professional Support Services for spanish speakers across the globe and for the countries where Spanish or Portuguese is the main national language (Mexico, the whole of Central and South America, Brazil and Spain). Strong technical knowledge troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server including Transport (internal and external mail-flow, NDR, anti spam, transport databases, in bound and out bound connectors, connection between Exchange and Relay server, message tracking and back pressure), Admin (databases, Exchange Management Console, Powershell, Cluster, Public Folder, deploying and sizing infrastructure for Exchange, RBAC, DAG, storage groups, performance, Hybrid deployments and configurations) and Client (IIS, ISA Server, TMG, Outlook connectivity, Virtual Directories: OWA, Active Sync, Exchange Control Panel, OAB, Autodiscover). As a member of the Communications team I'm also responsible for providing closure letters, enviroment analysis and documenting the solved cases as an Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 Specialist. I consider myself as a multifunctional engineer, therefore I have working knowledge in networking, DNS, Windows Server, Lync and some notions in Office 365. I'm fluent in Portuguese so I was selected for receiving the "Exchange 2013 Basic and Advanced Troubleshooting" in Microsoft Sao Paulo, Brazil and I provided this training to the Wipro Communications Team in Mexico City.
